An open-source, host-your-own form submission service for receiving any form submission.

I’ve been working on a few different projects (see Minerva, Gohort) that I wanted to build email lists for, so I took a short detour to make a generic form submission service that I can host myself. You’re able to define any kind of form and receive submissions for it, as well as perform validation on its fields.
